Can you draw? Preteam Records is now looking for cover art submissions for the front and back covers of our upcoming compilation 'Black Eyes and Forceful Cries'. We are looking for something that has to do with black eyes, and forceful cries, use your imagination. Keep in mind the music genre for the CD will be indie punk and emo with a twist of hardcore. All submissions can be sent in to preteamrecords@hotmail.com with the subject 'Cover Art'. The contest winner will receive a free copy of the compilation, and possibly some other stuff. Contest ends may 7th 2002, get them submissions in.

Preteam has some bad news to pass along, unfortunately for those excited about 'Black Eyes and forceful Cries' will have to wait a little longer. The June 1st. date is being pushed back because of a wedding and a foreign exchange trip that 2 important members of preteam have to attend, we want every one here for the release. In the next week we will be able to finalize the exact day of the CD release/party which will still occur in June (but not until they get home) We don't want to leave anyone out of the fun. Just a few notes.......Dreams Among Stars will be heading into the preteam studio in the next couple weeks to begin recording 2 new songs for the upcoming "Black Eyes and Forcefull Cries" compilation on preteam.

There are now five bands set to record for the comp. dreams, Ripping Hammer, Lending Jane, last school dance and Uprising. If anyone is interested in recording or just getting a song on the comp. send us an e-mail.
